Power of Attorney

In relation to the issuance of powers of attorney, you must present the following requirements.

Requirements

  1. Power Instruction (in word format).
  2. Cover Letter signed.
  3. Valid Passport or Identity Card of the Principal (s).
  4. Copy of the Identity Card of the representative (s) in Bolivia.
  5. Money Order of US$ 50.00.- payable to Embassy of Bolivia (Cost for Bolivian citizen).

For the signing of the Protocol and issuance of the Public Instrument, you must be present at the Embassy.
